Liability Waiver
I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shawn D. Coyle or Jenn Wong (Travel Consultants representing World Ventures) of Hep to the Jive and any of it's employed personnel (including, but not limited to, all organizers, instructors, volunteers, and Hep to the Jive affiliates). This document sets forth the release of liability for any and all injuries (including death), property losses, or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodation for this event. The undersigned further agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations promulgated by Carnival Cruise Lines and/or its affiliates during the event.
I further acknowledge and understand that any unforeseen events, such as bad weather, rough seas, change of itinerary or dance schedule due to Carnival's rules, regulations or policies, may occur and do not hold liable, members of Hep to the Jive.
